When you are reporting a bug, please follow the following rules:

• check if a similar bug has already been reported, if so vote for it or provide extra feedback on the same report
• check if you have already the last version of the application
• define an useful title description - please don't use something like "Software crashes" 

If is a new bug, please provide at least the following information:

• application version and os where it runs
• details about how to reproduce it
• others useful informations like: logs, print-screen,...
